Vendor Booth Application
Complete your application for review. You will be contacted of your status at the email address you provided within two weeks of receipt of your application. Upon acceptance, you will receive instructions for electronically sending your payment. Payment must be received within one week of acceptance to secure your space at the event.

DATE: Saturday, June 13th from 12 pm - 8 pm (Rain or Shine)
LOCATION: Coleman Memorial Park, 1400 West Maple St., Lebanon, PA
Set Up
Spaces are $50 for 10’ x 10’, or $100 for 10’ x 20’.
Vendors must be set up and ready by 12 pm and stay for the duration of the festival.
This is a rain or shine event. Please come prepared. It will be near dark at tear down.
