Vendor Application

TO APPLY:

Please fill out the form below and provide at least 3 Images of your products and 1 image of
your display booth (if available).
DEADLINE: Applications must be received by MAY 18, 2024.

NOTIFICATION:

You will be contacted by EMAIL of your status within two weeks of receipt of application.
Upon acceptance, you will receive details for electronically sending your payment.
Payment must be received within 1 week of acceptance.

SET UP

Spaces are 10’ x 10’
Set up time is 12am - 9pm on Saturday, June 8, 2024.
Vendors MUST be set up and ready by 12pm and STAY for the DURATION of the festival.
This is a RAIN or SHINE event. Please come prepared! It will be near dark at tear down.

“Everything was great went totally smoothly much better than any of the shows I have done in the past I did very well better than expected those around me appeared to do well too. I enjoyed every one I met and marveled at all the interactions it was safe and clean and I did not see one kid have a melt down I ran out of activities I think they are a huge asset to the stands people were looking to do stuff with their kids for souvenirs only suggestions more food and better signage but we all discussed that... I will be back and can’t wait.”
